Your support means so much, and thanks to you, we’ll be able to make a real difference for our Heart Heroes and their families. Chuf and The Sick Children’s Trust partnered for this year’s Snowflake Ball, in celebration of the 10th anniversary of Scott House, our ‘Home from Home’ supporting families of sick children being treated at the Children’s Heart Unit at Newcastle’s Freeman Hospital.
