This Christmas, Chuf invites you to join us in lighting a candle in memory of a loved one. By donating in memory throughout December, supporters will receive:

• A candle
• An elegant postcard to write a personal message to someone special
• A personalised keepsake certificate with your loved one’s name

These messages can be shared during our candle-lighting moment at 5pm on Sunday 21st December, creating a collective moment of reflection, remembrance, and hope.

Sadly, not all of our Heart Heroes recover and go home with their families. At Chuf, we are there through the joyful moments and the unthinkably hard times, providing ongoing support to families throughout their journey.

By taking part in this campaign, you’re not only creating a lasting memory for your loved one but also helping Chuf fund:
