There are lots of ways you can get involved:

1. Donate £1 and Wear RED on Wednesday 28th February 2024.

Donate £1 by texting CHUF1 to 70580 and post a picture of yourself on social media by tagging us @CHUFofficial or #WearRedForCHUF

2. Hold a fundraiser for Chuf, using our downloadable fundraising pack below, why not plan a coffee morning, quiz at work or a fundraising night for Chuf. ?

3. Dedicate a Heart on our virtual wall of hearts to a loved one or to all Heart Heroes. By dedicating a heart and making a donation you will help Chuf to continue our work.

4. Get your workplace/ child’s school or nursery involved. There are lots of different ways businesses can get involved in Heart Month, check out our “Virtual Fundraising Pack” or “Get your business involved” tile for ideas
