We would like to say a very special congratulations to long standing CHUF supporter and vice chair of the board of Trustees, Arthur Campbell, who has received a Royal Voluntary Service Platinum Champion Award for his incredible dedication to CHUF.
Arthur’s connection with the charity began shortly after his son was admitted to the Children’s Heart Unit in 1983. From fundraising and volunteering to being a proactive member of the board of trustees whilst also managing the CHUF shop and volunteers at the Freeman Hospital; Arthur’s commitment has been unfailing.
A huge heartfelt thank you Arthur, for giving our charity 100% over the years and helping to raise much needed funds for our Heart Heroes and their families.
