In addition to celebrating the region’s achievements The Insider Northeast Dealmaker Awards presents an excellent opportunity to raise much-needed funds for local charities. We’re thrilled to say that this year Chuf was the chosen charity.

The glittering event held  on Thursday 28th September celebrated the region’s leading corporate financiers, accountants, bankers, funders, lawyers and M&A professionals. It was held at Hilton Newcastle Gateshead and compered by Hal Cruttenden. The awards were sponsored by Armstrong Watson, Broad Chare Partners LLP, Close Brothers Asset Management, Evelyn Partners, Muckle LLP, Ryecroft Glenton, Swinburne Maddison LLP and Waterstons as well as Maven Capital Partners and Blair West Recruitment.

Shawn Bone of Cavu Corporate Finance took home the title of 2023 Northeast Dealmaker of the Year though congratulations are owed to all of the fantastic Northeast companies and finalists.

Guests helped to raise an impressive £4448 through a combination of donations, raffle and auction bids.

Chuf were lucky enough to benefit from Insider Media’s support twice this year, being the chosen charity for both the Northeast Property  Awards earlier this year and September’s Dealmaker awards.

In total Insider Media has helped to raise over £9,000 for Heart Heroes this year- some incredible support for the charity, we couldn’t be more grateful!
