It was a beautiful afternoon of love and remembrance as heart families came together to remember and honour the special people who will always hold a place in their hearts.

 

 

Robertson Group for providing the float and helping us safely take our sculpture out to sea.

 

South Shields Sailing Club for welcoming our families afterwards and providing tea, coffee and biscuits.

 

Our amazing Scouts who gave up their time to help throughout the day and played such an important part in making the event possible.

 

And, thank you to every single person who came along and made the day so special. Whether you came to remember someone you love, to support another heart family, or simply to be part of this beautiful moment, we’re so grateful you were there.

 

Wave of Love is a reminder that although our loved ones may no longer be with us, their memory, their love and the impact they made will always remain.
